Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

During busy sales periods, live sale events, or holidays, processing time may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time depends on the carrier and destination.

Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email or text if provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless a special promotion or flat-rate shipping offer is listed.

For live sale or promotional orders, shipping terms may vary based on the offer shown at the time of purchase.

Order Changes

Because we process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately. Once the package has shipped, we are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, Packo Socks is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages.

However, we will do our best to help you locate the package using the tracking information.

For lost or delayed packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

Final Sale / Mystery Bundles

Some items, including mystery sock bundles, wholesale boxes, live sale items, and promotional deals, may be considered final sale unless otherwise stated.
